Alfa Laval – condition monitoring

AMI was contracted by Alfa Laval to bring their BLE condition monitoring (CM) device on the cloud. 

AMI created the CM Connect gateway to communicate directly with multiple CM's mounted on sanitary pumps mainly used in dairies, breweries and pharma applications. The solutions included a custom made gateway communicating over the cellular network to the AMI Cloud and via an API connection to the Alfa Laval ALIoT cloud. The AMI cloud was used as an "enterprise dashboard" to monitor early warnings from pumps prioritised by customer, plant and site locations.
