The sensors collect real-time and historical occupancy data from desks, meeting rooms, and communal areas, allowing businesses to monitor building usage. This data is visualized through heatmaps and occupancy charts, aiding decision-making for flexible work environments.

The solution includes 100 wireless desk occupancy sensors, 3 cloud connectors, and Planon Workplace Insights software, all easy to install without disruption. The sensors have a 15-year battery life and require no maintenance, making them cost-effective and low-maintenance for long-term use.
