The system consists of a control component installed in the heating room which monitors and optimizes the various elements, as well as a cloud part which gives the user a comprehensive overview of all buildings, the schematic structure of the system, current values, settings, trend rates and meaningful alarms.

Specifically, Trifork has, among other things, delivered a cloud-based digital twin for collecting, processing, persisting and integrating data into other systems, firmware for the control component, a tool to easily visually build a data model for use in the digital twin, and the web-based customer portal
