Klimator develops various sensors to be used in nature in cooperation with Danish engineers using proprietary hardware and firmware combined with standard components.
The objective is to be able to offer a reliable, easily accessible and affordable sensor solution adapted to the Danish climate and to deliver valuable and valid data. We have supplied Klimator with legal advice on IPR and database protection, and advice on and negotiation of agreements with sub-suppliers and developers. We have also advised on commercial terms, subscription agreement and general Terms & Condition for end-users/customer and advice on product liability and drafting datalicense terms.
