A 3D-printed sensor chicken and a cloud solution is the next step for Danish SonoSteam, which is behind a antibacterial process for treating food and hospital equipment.
The goal is, among other things, better quality control and documentation of food safety. The 3D-printed sensor chicken's collected temperature data, together with data from the process plant's own measurement points inside the processing chamber, are streamed up to the cloud solution, which is based on Microsoft's Azure IoT suite
