Strategic service development for Danish manufacturing SME’s

Get help with development and implementation of service concepts through a financed programme
Servitization – an extensive process of change
Servitization is the transformation of industrial companies from primarily being product suppliers to selling product related services. For small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) servitization can be a demanding and complex process that requires strategic anchoring, management focus, new competencies among employees, changes in the organization and an international outlook. In addition, there are challenges associated with developing data-driven services and implementing new technologies such as IoT, sensors and data analysis. IoT in particular is considered a main enabler towards developing servitized business models, but lack of knowledge of IoT can be a show-stopper.Tailored development programmes
Through tailored development programmes, Servitize.dk helps Danish manufacturing SMEs implement servitization. This is done by supporting the development and operationalization of specific product-service concepts, through focus on strategy, management, technology, design, organization and networking. The purpose of Servitize.DK is to support companies in this process, to aid competitiveness, growth and creation of value. All of this is closely linked to academic research, which, among other things will uncover how servitization is linked to the strategic digital transformation process that many companies face, as well as meetings, networking arrangements and conferences.Tailored development programmes
